Who Can Return & When
You can return or exchange your jewelry within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Before sending anything back, please contact me first — this helps us approve your return and guide you through the quick process.
Conditions for Returns
I accept returns only if items are:
Unworn, undamaged, and
In their original packaging (including jewelry card, pouch and the box)
Please include your name, order number, and reason for return inside the parcel — it helps me process your refund faster.
Exceptions
Because every custom piece is handmade just for you, custom-made earrings are non-returnable, unless they arrive faulty or incorrect.
If I make a mistake, I’ll make it right — quickly and free of charge.
Who Pays Return Shipping?
Return postage is paid by the customer.
However, if your order arrived damaged or incorrect, I’ll cover the return cost or send you a free replacement.
