How I Pack — Sustainable & Secure

Every order is packed by hand in our Vienna studio with materials chosen to be as eco-friendly as possible — while keeping your jewelry perfectly protected.:

• Recyclable jewelry display card

• Protective, plastic cushioning (to prevent damage in transit)

• Soft cloth jewelry bag (reusable)

• Recyclable cardboard box with a personal thank-you note

All domestic shipments are carried CO₂-neutral by Austrian Post — because small actions make a big difference. 

Carrier & Tracking

I ship with Österreichische Post (Austrian Post) and trusted EU delivery partners.

If your package seems delayed, don’t worry — simply email me at info@blueberrybloom.com, and I’ll check directly with the carrier for updates.

Processing Times

• Ready-to-ship jewelry: dispatched within 1–3 business days

• Custom-made pieces: please allow 5–10 business days before dispatch

Orders placed after 12:00 pm are processed the next business day.
Weekends and Austrian public holidays are not counted as business days.

Estimated Delivery Times

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to weather and customs delays.

Currently, I ship within the European Union.
If you’re outside the EU and would like to place an order, please contact me — we may be able to arrange a custom shipment.
Keep in mind that customs fees or import taxes (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.

Processing takes 1–3 business days for ready-to-ship items and 5–10 business days for custom jewelry.
Delivery estimates: AT 2–4 d, DE 3–6 d, EU 5–10 d.

Do you ship outside the EU?
Currently, I ship within the EU. For other regions, please contact me before ordering.

What if my order is delayed?
If it’s been longer than the estimated delivery time, please email me. I’ll check your shipment with Austrian Post and update you promptly.
